MINI-BIO (PT-BR)

Ken Fujioka é companheiro da Fernanda, pai da Zendaya e padrasto do Gabe. É empresário, publicitário, consultor, TEDx speaker e mentor para startups e executivos. É sócio e co-fundador da ADA Strategy, boutique estratégica ágil fundada em 2018. É também host e co-fundador do podcast Naruhodo e produtor executivo d’Os Mentalistas (criadores do espetáculo InconscienteMente). Atua como conselheiro na researchtech OnTheGo e advisor da startup de AI+neurociência SynapSee. Além disso, atuou como coordenador e facilitador de grupos reflexivos sobre masculinidades no MEMOH e no coletivo MAAM (Masculinidades Amarelas). Foi autor e um dos coordenadores do estudo “Hostilidade, silêncio e omissão: o retrato do assédio no mercado de comunicação de São Paulo”. É fã de baseball, que jogou durante vários anos, até chegar à seleção brasileira, mas atualmente é somente um praticante amador de tênis de mesa. É tutor da ex-cachorra caramelo de rua Zoe e da ex-gata de rua Sushi.

Ken Fujioka is Fernanda’s partner, Zendaya’s father, and Gabe’s stepfather. He is an entrepreneur, advertiser, consultant, TEDx speaker, and mentor for startups and executives. He is a partner and co-founder of ADA Strategy, an agile strategic boutique founded in 2018. He is also the host and co-founder of the Naruhodo podcast and executive producer of Os Mentalistas (creators of the show InconscienteMente). He serves as an advisor at the researchtech company OnTheGo and to the AI + neuroscience startup SynapSee. In addition, he has worked as a coordinator and facilitator of reflective groups on masculinities at MEMOH and the MAAM collective (Masculinidades Amarelas). He was the author and one of the coordinators of the study “Hostility, Silence, and Omission: The Portrait of Harassment in São Paulo’s Communication Market.” He is a baseball fan, having played for many years and even reaching the Brazilian national team, but nowadays he is just an amateur table tennis player. He is also the guardian of Zoe, a former stray caramel-colored dog, and Sushi, a former stray cat.
